Sophisticated, big firm bankruptcy practice seeks associate with substantial lending experience. Real Estate or Commercial lending background are equally suitable. Interest and ability to advocate are essential, and an understanding of Article 9 is a plus. Minimum of 4 years required, 4-5 years preferred. Associate will work with a variety of partners spanning both the Business Reorganizations & Bankruptcy and the Financial Institutions & Bankruptcy practice groups.
